Nicole Sydnor has been immersed in the property management business since childhood, with 22 years of experience managing properties both on-site and from the main office. Her expertise spans a wide range of property types, from small single-family homes to large multi-unit complexes with over 100 units.
Before earning her real estate license in 2012, Nicole spent 7 years as the office manager in our main office, where she honed her skills in tenant screening, move-in procedures, and navigating county, state, and government programs. Her strong focus on tenant relations has made her an asset to our team. In 2021, she further advanced her career by obtaining her Broker’s License. As of January 2025 she is now the Owner and Broker of Metzger Property Management.

Ana Guindon joined us with 11 years of customer service experience and has been an integral part of Metzger for over a decade. Her background in on-site management for over 18 units, as well as single-family homes and multi-unit communities, has equipped her with a diverse skill set that she effectively applies to our operations. Ana is patient and dedicated, ensuring that both owners and tenants have a positive experience with our company.
In addition to her extensive customer service and property management expertise, Ana also has experience in payroll and is now the head of accounts payable and human resources as well as a Property Manager. Her bilingual abilities enable her to assist clients comfortably in both English and Spanish, further enhancing our commitment to exceptional service.
